Whale Tracking Dashboard

What Is the Whale Tracking Dashboard?

Whale Tracking Leaderboard is a real-time dashboard designed to surface high-value transactions on the Solana blockchain. This feature provides enhanced visibility into token transfers, swaps, and major portfolio reallocations by large wallets, commonly referred to as "whales." It is consolidated to support greater transparency, informed decision-making, and more accessible analysis of capital flows within the ecosystem.

The Whale Tracking Leaderboard is publicly accessible via the Solscan interface. Users can find it under the Leaderboard section.

Dashboard Details

To ensure focus on meaningful activity, the system applies a value threshold: only transactions exceeding $1 million USD are included in the leaderboard. This allows users to filter out noise and concentrate on impactful movements that are likely to reflect institutional or large-holder strategies.

The dashboard highlights transactions with detailed context including transactions hash, action type, involved addresses, token and amount.

Filters and Real-Time Alerts

Users can apply advanced filters by various parameters, such as:

  • Token address.
  • Action type: Transfer, Burn, Mint, Stake, etc.
  • Wallet address.
  • Value.

These filters will help you narrow down focus, concentrating in monitoring specific transactions category.

In addition, a Telegram Alert feature allows users to receive instant notifications for every transactions making it to the dashboard - directly on Telegram. Simply click “Get Alerts on Telegram” button on the dashboard to subscribe and join the channel.

Demo Scenario

When Circle mints USDC on the Solana blockchain, those high-value transactions can be easily tracked using the Whale Tracking Leaderboard.

In this scenario, set the token filter to display only USDC-related transactions. Next, apply the action type filter and select Mint. Finally, use the destination address filter (To filter) to isolate transactions where Circle’s wallet is the recipient. This allows you to isolate and view all recent USDC minting activity over the past three months with just a few clicks.

Conclusion

Tracking high-value movements provides early signals of sentiment shifts, liquidity changes, or strategic positioning. Whether you're monitoring institutional inflows, stablecoin issuance, or staking trends, this tool will help you follow the capital as it moves.
