I Did Not Receive A Verification Email. Why Is That?

When creating an account on Solscan, you must verify your email to access certain features, including API services, the Watch List, Personal Labeling, etc.

If you have registered an account but have not received a verification email, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect Email Address: You may have entered an incorrect email address or made a typo during registration. If the email address is invalid, the verification email cannot be delivered.
  • Email Marked as Spam or Junk: The verification email may have been filtered into your Spam or Junk folder. If you find it there, mark it as Not Spam to ensure future emails reach your inbox.
  • Unsynced Email Inbox: Your inbox may not be fully synced, preventing recently received emails from appearing. Try manually refreshing your inbox.
  • Email Blocked by Service Provider: In rare cases, your email provider or spam filter may have blocked our verification email. To resolve this, you can either contact your email provider for assistance or whitelist our email address. Whitelisting procedures vary by provider, so refer to their guidelines or search online for specific instructions.
