My Coins Were Sent to Your Site. How Can I Recover Them?
Solscan is a block explorer for the Solana network. Our primary mission is to collect relevant details and information from the Solana blockchain and present them to users in straightforward and comprehensible formats.
So, why are you here on our site?
What you are seeing is probably a link to our page called Transaction Details, which shows all the essential information of a transaction such as:
- Signature (or Transaction Hash)
- Block Number
- Timestamp
- Transaction Result
- Signer (or Sender’s address)
- Transaction Actions (summary of the transaction), which includes the Recipient’s Address
It has been a common practice for senders to share a link redirected to our page, similar to the following image as proof of payment for a transaction.
The above screenshot is an example of the Transaction Details page - which shows all the essential information of a transaction and normally is considered as proof of payment.
As a block explorer, Solscan only collect and display the information on the blockchain to users. We do not have access to manage, transfer, store or revert your funds to users. All funds are sent to the receiver’s address without interference by a third party or any centralized authority.
To access the funds received from the transaction, you would need to use a wallet, as you would normally do to check your balance or perform a transaction. Kindly take note that we do not affect or control the transaction in any way.
